Douglas Braunstein is the Founder and Managing Partner of Hudson Executive Capital, a hedge fund focused on value-oriented and event-driven investing in small and mid-cap public companies. Prior to founding Hudson Executive Capital, Braunstein served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice Chairman at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he played a key role in leading the firm's investment banking businesses and managing corporate strategy through significant market cycles. He has extensive experience in finance, capital markets, and corporate leadership. Braunstein is recognized for his skill in capital allocation and strategic advisory, with a track record of driving operational improvements in portfolio companies.
