Lawrence Seidman

Lawrence Seidman has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Saint Peter's and a Jurist Doctor from the Washington College of Law. For more than the past 21 years, Mr. Seidman has been the manager of various investment vehicles, principally involved in the purchase and sale of publicly traded bank and thrift stocks. Mr. Seidman has been involved in approximately 30 proxy contests. Prior to 1989, Mr. Seidman was an attorney with the Securities and Exchange Commission, an associate in two law firms and the founding member and principal shareholder of his own law firm. Mr. Seidman is currently a Director at Union Center National Bank (New Jersey) and a Director at Stonegate Bank (Florida.)
