Carl Didric Marcus “Didric” Cederholm is the founding partner and Chief Investment Officer of Lion Point Capital, a New York–based hedge fund he launched in 2014 that focuses on global special situations and value‑oriented, often activist, investments across the capital structure. Before starting Lion Point, he spent nearly eight years at Elliott Management, where he worked on large and complex restructurings, and previously was a Principal at Eos Partners and an investment analyst at AIG Global Investment. Cederholm holds an MBA with honors from Columbia Business School, where he was a Fulbright Scholar, and an LL.M. (summa cum laude) in bankruptcy and contract law from Stockholm University; earlier, he served in the Swedish Armed Forces as an interrogation officer and later as a 2nd Lieutenant in military intelligence. He also serves on boards such as Median Technologies, reflecting his broader involvement in strategic value creation beyond public markets.
