Gamco trimmed its stake after withdrawing its proposal in Ryman Hospitality Properties (RHP)

  • On September 12, 2012, Gamco sent a letter to the Company announcing that, at the special meeting of shareholders, it would vote against the REIT conversion proposed by the Company.
  • However, at the special meeting held on September 25, 2012, the shareholders approved the conversion to a REIT.
