Hill Path Capital increased its stake after securing a Board seat in SeaWorld Entertainment (SEAS)

On November 7, 2017, the company entered into an co-operation agreement with Hill Path Capital and pursuant to it, the company appointed Scott Ross, Founder and Managing Partner of Hill Path Capital, to the Board. Source
